Sweet Night Bonding

Daddy R is in town last week. And syempre hindi nagpatalo ang baby, so as long ang gising ang parents niya, gising na gising din ang bagets. Thus our seldom family pictures.

Forgive my low-res pictures and the background, we seldom get a good family picture talaga. Which reminds me, we need to do it via professional studio soon. I don't want to miss baby D's childhood.

Dear daddy R and baby D,

Thank you for giving me everything. Happiness, hope, positivity and etc. You guys are my strength, my inspiration, my daily dose of laughter. I super love you guys to the moon and back and back.

Sweet Talk: Better World

Even others will not believe, I have a soft heart especially sa mga beggars, I don't know but I always imagine what if ako ung nasa lugar nila? Or si baby D? Even my closest relatives. Or maybe I can relate with them, dumaan din naman ako sa phase na walang makain nung college days ko dahil ubos na allowance ko.

But even having this feeling, never pa naman ako nagbigay sa kanila. That is why sometimes I feel guilty din, baka they really need the money.  Kaso madami talagang nanamantala lang. And what bothers me is they use elders or babies para mas mukhang nakakaawa sila.

I believe kasi that the more you are giving them, the more that they will continue doing it. Namimihasa. And to think they are doing it in unsafe places. So napapahamak lang sila lalo.

Just like yesterday, a mother with two kids called me, "miss...miss..". I know they will ask for a pamasahe or help for money.

And also, those indigents na sasakay sa jeep giving envelopes then andami nila sinasabi na you can't understand. Sometimes they will force you to give them.

I feel bad.
I feel bad that they need to use our feelings para makapanloko.
I feel bad that as much as I want to help them, pinipigilan ko sarili ko because that will give them reasons to continue their deed.

I am not in the position to help them, but I can assist. I know, my dream career in social work is haunting me again. Even if my career and plans of going back to school plus motherhood is taking most of my time, those incidents made me realize I want to do some social works again. And here I am, talking about plans again, ang gusto ko lang naman is to make the world better for baby D. Ayoko in the future maloko din si baby D. And I must act now. My small steps will be part of the empowerment the society needs to aleviate these people. To make this world a better place. Yan ang nagagawa ng motherhood.

Sweet Night: Gerry's Grill

I missed my ex-boyfriend, R. I know! I am getting nostalgic again. I miss my our date nights and adventures together back when we are still chummy chums. Oh those carefree days that we don't have to worry about getting drunk and partying until morning. Again, don't get me wrong. I love having a family with daddy R, I love having baby D. Nothing beats going home with a hug and kiss from my super lambing baby. I just miss spending time with daddy R, our lives really turned 360 degrees 10x when baby D came, plus the relocation thinggy of daddy R. So maybe I just missed spending time, hugging cuddling with my exbf. True naman db? at the end of the day, amidst being a parent, we are still couples. And we need to make sure that we have time for each other. And I am happy that daddy R also feels the same. And we are getting there. Slowly.

So if we have time, we try try to sneak for a dinner aka romantic nights. Off we went to Gerry's Grill in SM Fairview. We love gerry's, not because they serve good food, but drinks as well. Dinning at gerry's made us reminist our dating days. And will definitely go back.

Our food, sorry the bad blogger in me.Inuna kumain, before magpicture.

Chili Cheese Sticks

Bangus Sisig

Bagoong Rice

Crispy Pata

Daddy R attacking the food.

Ayaw paawat.

And for the dessert. Mr. Softy soft ice cream in strawberry. Kaso red strawberry lol

"All good things come to those who wait". I always hold on to that saying. And I know, time will come that daddy R will be back here in manila, that we will be together again that when I opened and close my eyes everyday siya makikita ko beside me. Anyway it will not hurt if we sacrifice years away from each other, we have forever to spend with naman.

Sweet Summer: Fontana Water Theme Park

Summer season is ending. I'm so happy that summer heat is almost over, read "tipid na sa kuryente" lol and also that means no more waking up in the middle of a nice dream to change baby D's soaked sa pawis shirts.

But before the rainy season starts, we went to Fontana Water Park in Clark Pampanga for our company outing (actually couple/family outing because I tagged daddy R along lol). I know! we missed the beach this summer, bawi nalang next year.

So saturday morning we went to clark for this paradise. We intentionally left baby D for us to have some quality time together. Ayiii!!! sulit naman and P475 na entrance. And I realized that we should do a lot of "us" dates, I missed spending time with my exboyfried. lol

Baby D trying my shades. Ang cutie patooty lang. Kaso hindi siya kasama. sad the water park pa naman is so child friendly i'm sure mag eenjoy siya. (si mommy naman ang hindi) next time.

Our official picture. Here we come!

Pre swimming attire. Sorry no cover-ups or cotton shirts allowed. So whether I like it or not nag two-piece ako. Kebs na, kaysa naman hindi ko ma-enjoy. But no, I cannot show you guys my pic wearing those.

Excuse my tummy and arms. After my breastfeeding journey, I will do all my best to get back to my dalaga body. Promise. Wala na kasi akong excuse nun. Unless I'll get preggy again. lol

Daddy R's moment, facing the giant slide.

Yep! they have 3 giant slides, that I tried only two. I'm a bit nervous, pero I don't want to miss the experience naman.

 The giant slide.

The lazy river, 10x yata kami umikot ni dady R dyan. Sarap makalazy eh.

Kids Area. Hindi ko na pinuntahan. Will get guilty for leaving baby D lang. Hay mommy dilemas.
Overall, the park is sulit naman to go to. Yun lang you have to own a car going there because public transpo is expensive inside clark. And mahalia ang food. The P475 entrance fee includes P50 coupon for food that you purchase inside the park, kaso a hotdog burger and icedtea cost P100. Change area and rest rooms are also clean. Sulit na sulit naman ang day trip.

So after we lost calories in the slides and wave pool, we are all hungry and off to the best sisig in Angeles. I just forgot the name and take pictures sa sobrang gutom. And then we went back to shop inside puregold clark. Promise, nagasgas 13th month namin.

Summer outings became a tradition for us. And beach. Yay! Will make sure next year we'll hit the white sand with baby D. We are in the process of securing our financial status kasi this year. So if we are mayaman na, for sure we will go to paradise. Yebah!
